Our Return & Exchange Policy
How We Do It
We have a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and no refunds are given in any case.
We do offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To request an exchange, you can start by contacting us at waistedaurabydess@gmail.com You will need the your order number as proof of purchase.

Your item arrives damaged (with proof)
If you have entered the wrong size - or sized incorrectly, please contact us for an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Your order must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. Any loss in value will be at the buyer’s expense. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Please utilize our contact form to process an exchange. Input all details such as: incorrect size, corrected size, and which product you are exchanging. Please include your order # in the form for easier processing.

Damages / Lost Mail
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is required that you email us (waistedaurabydess@gmail.com) a picture of product as proof, only if it is damaged or if it is not the item that you initially ordered.
Disclaimer: Waisted Aura has no control over items that are in USPS, or UPS custody. Waisted Aura is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipment you can request package insurance upon ordering. Please contact your postal/shipping service for all your shipping inquires all tracking numbers will be sent out upon payment. If your package has already been shipped out with the wrong address, Waisted Aura cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information, there will be a shipping fee to ship your order out again.

Shipping Policy
The Small Print
Every item and order is handmade by Dess and associates, meaning once an order is placed it needs to made from start to finish. We have a 7-14 business days production time. WE DO STRIVE FOR FAST SHIPPING!
All shipping done is through USPS-First Class or UPS and tracking numbers are provided with every order. USPS domestic shipping is approximately 2-8 business days.
(Business days = Weekdays, no weekends and holidays)
*NOTE If the address entered is incorrect. Please email waistedaurabydess@gmail.com immediately with the correct address and your order number and we will happily change it for you.
If your package is returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a $13.00 re-shipping fee to ship it again for domestic orders only.
